Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machines, tools, and equipment. This is a technical job where you will both think and do.

Operate and monitor machines in operation
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
Refill materials, measure, and document
Keep tools, equipment, and workspace organized

The working hours are scheduled for shift work, but daytime work may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We don’t care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here’s what we consider important for the role:

Requirements:

Experience with tools and machines
Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Driver's license

Preferred:

Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
You have been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or at work
Ability to understand drawings and handle measuring instruments
